Plan a field day
Three steps. About two minutes. No training needed.
1Tell us about your day
Open the Call Planner and type what your day looks like in the big box — the same way you'd text a coworker. For example:
"Next Tuesday I'm in Roanoke, VA seeing cardiologists. Start at the Hilton downtown, visit Lewis Gale and Carilion, end near the airport."
Press Draft my day and the AI fills in the date, state, specialty, and stops for you. Don't like typing? Skip the box and fill in the fields yourself — either way works.
2Pick your stops
Search for the practices and hospitals you want to visit — we search real, public provider data. Press Add next to each one you want.
Visiting somewhere we don't list? Type its name or address under Add your own stop and we'll find it on the map.
3Get your route
You'll see your stops numbered on a map, with total drive time. Press Best driving order and we'll sort the middle stops into the shortest drive — your first and last stops stay where you put them.
Want a different order? Use the up/down arrows — you're in charge. When it looks right, press Save my day, or Open in Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions in your car.
Power user? The advanced planner has specialty filters, visit timing, route corridors, exports, and doctor submissions — but you never need it for a normal day.
